Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa seeds
  • 1/2 cup 65% dark chocolate
  • 1/4 cup sweetener or to taste
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup almonds or nuts of choice
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Directions

Soak quinoa seeds in water over night, water should cover the quinoa

Drain and cook in two cups of water, bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15 minutes

Drain and transfer moist quinoa to blender, add remaining ingredients

Blend until smooth, serve warm for breakfast with nuts or cool for dessert
