ASIAN GINGER KALE SALAD
- 5 Tbs. tamari
- 1 Tbs. fresh minced garlic
- 2 Tbs. sesame oil
- 3 Tbs. minced candied ginger
- 1 Tbs. EVOO
- 1 Lb. fresh kale (ribs removed)
After removing ribs from kale tear into large pieces and blanch.
Drain or pat dry with a paper towel and place in a large mixing bowl.
Sauté minced garlic for 2-3 min on medium heat in sesame oil and EVOO.
Add candied ginger sauté for 1-2 min.
Remove from heat add tamari and pour over kale.
Toss until kale is coated thoroughly.
