Jeremy has been with Cosentino’s since late 2015, and has 11 years of experience in the grocery business. Most of his background is in specialty foods and health & beauty. Jeremy says his main goal is to “make sure you leave our front doors happy.” As the newest member of management, I hope to see you in our store.”

Chris Williams

Chris has over 25 years of experience within the produce world, spending majority of that time with the Cosentino Team. His expertise and passion for freshness is revered. He aims to always provide products and an environment that leaves customers satisfied. He is also an avid sports fanatic, rooting for our Kansas City Chiefs and Kansas Jayhawks all seasons long.

David Cook

David has been in the industry for 17 years, 15 of those years spent as a member of the Cosentino team. He thrives on the opportunity to establish solid relationships with all his loyal long time shoppers, shoppers who are his neighbors and friends, and overtime become like his family.

Bakery Manager

Carol Leeper

Carol has been working with Cosentino Food Stores for over ten years now. She has always had a deep love for baking and has fond memories of watching her grandmother decorate very elaborate cakes. She started to craft her own skills in high school when she first learned how to make icing roses and has since perfected the art! She loves providing her customers with creations that put smiles on their faces.

John Martin

John is always looking for the newest, best thing. His expansion of the organic and gluten-free items at Brookside Market has been noticed and appreciated by customers. With his genuine focus on customer service, if John can’t find it, it’s probably not out there.

Paul Olivarez

Serving the foodies of Brookside for over 10 years, Paul is always looking for the freshest and most affordable seafood. Paul enjoys cooking as well, and never misses an opportunity to answer questions and help customers.

Meat Manager

Gary Weatherly

With almost 31 years in the Cosentino’s meat shop, Gary takes great pride in hand-cutting and trimming any cut of meat for customers.  He recently expanded his meat shop to include grass-fed beef and wild game selections.

Prepared Foods Manager

Joe Phillips

Joe has worked for Cosentino’s for 10 years, with 20 years experience in the food industry.  He has a passion for cheese that serves to enhance the unique shopping experience and keen interest in new foods at Brookside Market. Ask him anything!

Tina Boydston

Tina has been with the Cosentino’s Team for over ten years now, joyfully assisting customers from our Customer Service office. She provides a leadership mentality that helps all around her know and understand the importance of building loyal and friendly relationships with the customers they feel privileged to serve.
